THE SCHOOL TRIP TO ZARAGOZA.

ENGLISH DEPARTMENT.

On Monday 25th of March, the students of 4th ESO went to Zaragoza to enjoy a mythical and very well-known play: “Romeo and Juliet”.

First, we had a sightseeing tour of the city. Upon our arrival, we met tour guide who explained to us the most important events in the history of the city and its effects, it is known the Independence War.

Through the tour, we were able to see some of the main touristic sites and understood the importance to local people to stop the Napoleon´s troops.

After that, we spent an amusing time watching “Romeo and Juliet” in Los Salesianos. The actors gave an astonishing performance on stage with the help of some students who took part in the story. It wasn´t only a dramatic play but also a comedic one. So, as you can imagine, we were laughing practically the whole time.

Finally, to finish our journey we went to Puerto Venecia mall, there, we had lunch and teachers let us free time do our own thing until 4.30 pm.

All in all, the general view has been positive, and who knows? Maybe if we had the opportunity we would repeat the experience again.
